By accessing or using Answr (“the Service”), operated by Answr (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Answr provides an AI-powered virtual receptionist that answers phone calls on behalf of your business. The Service includes call handling, appointment scheduling, call logging, and integrations with third-party tools such as Google Calendar and Google Sheets.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• The Service is offered on a subscription basis with a 14-day free trial.
• After the trial, you will be billed according to the plan you select.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws.
• Transmit spam, unsolicited communications, or fraudulent content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Stripe). Your use of such integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Answr and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you provide to the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Answr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the AI receptionist will handle every call perfectly or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
